Digital Youth Worker (online, UK) 30hrs pw
This post will involve working online with autistic young people, facilitating fun activities and supporting members to make meaningful friendships.
Youth workers get time to chat, play and engage with our young people through our Servers, other online games and bring some of their own specialist skills/interests within a programme of activities.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, connects well with young people and excels in navigating the online world!
This post will require you to work mainly evenings and weekends to support our staff rota during our busiest periods

Learning Community Facilitator (Bury, Greater Manchester) 25hrs pw
We are looking for a Facilitator who can support the running of our Self-Directed Learning Community, based at our community centre in Bury, as well as providing cover for Face-to-Face Youth Work shifts outside of school hours.
The Learning Community is open 3 days per week (term time) with up to 14 autistic young people accessing the provision each day.
Our Face-to-Face Youth Work provision operates primarily on a Mon and Wed Evening, with activities fortnightly on Saturdays and once a month on Sundays. Additional activities are organised approximately one a week during school holidays.
Non-contact hours can largely be worked flexibly and from home.

Youth Work Helper (Bury, Greater Manchester) Average 5hrs pw
This face-to-face role, working directly with autistic young people, involves supporting young people during our in person meetups, specifically in the Manchester area.
Regular meetups currently take place on Monday and Wednesday evenings, alternate Saturdays, once a month on a Sunday. and with extra sessions throughout the school holidays. There will also be some additional hours to be worked remotely to complete training and attend occasional virtual team meetings.
This role involves attending face to face meetups across Bury/ Greater Manchester and sometimes requires transporting equipment to and from meetups. Therefore it is advantageous if you are a driver with access to your own vehicle.
